Because all Legend balls are custom made to order, they are final sale. However, we proudly offer tier-based replacement guarantees for verified manufacturing defects.

Guarantee Coverage by Ball Tier

Match Ball

2.5 Year Guarantee

Our highest-level ball, built for competitive match play.

Covered for up to 2.5 years from delivery date against manufacturing defects, including:

• Stitching or seam failure
• Loss of roundness or structural shape
• Valve or bladder defects causing abnormal air loss
  

Training Ball

2 Year Guarantee

Designed for frequent training use and durability.

Covered for up to 2 years from delivery date against manufacturing defects, including:

• Stitching or seam failure
• Structural shape issues
• Valve or bladder defects
  

Rec Ball

1 Year Guarantee

Designed for recreational play and entry-level use.

Covered for up to 1 year from delivery date against manufacturing defects, including:

• Stitching or seam failure
• Structural defects affecting playability
• Valve or bladder defects

What the Guarantee Covers

This guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended soccer play.

If a covered defect is confirmed within the applicable guarantee period, Legend Soccer will replace the ball with the same model or a comparable current equivalent at our discretion.

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse or abuse, including:
  Playing on abrasive surfaces (concrete, asphalt, gravel)
  Over-inflation or improper inflation
  Improper needle use
  Cuts, punctures, or tears
  
• Damage from improper storage or exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture

Custom Product Policy

All Legend balls are custom products and are final sale.

Refunds are not offered once production has begun. Approved guarantee claims are resolved by replacement only, not refund.

How to Submit a Guarantee Claim

To submit a claim, please provide:

1. Order number or proof of purchase
2. Clear photos of the issue
3. A brief description of how the ball was used
